The Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) Team recently launched a series of applicant webinars designed to assist teachers with all their questions about the award—now is the perfect time to submit a nomination for any outstanding 7th–12th grade STEM teachers in your school or district! We will be hosting webinars for teachers, even if they have not yet been nominated, throughout the application cycle (closing on April 1, 2021), with certain webinars focused on specific elements of the application. We would also like to invite you to join us for a short presentation about PAEMST, the nation’s highest recognition for K–12 STEM teachers. This presentation is targeted specifically towards principals and superintendents such as yourself to learn more about the program, the recruitment process, and what teachers you nominate can expect of the application.
